The 12-month limited warranty

Every IVERA is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects in the movement and our assembly, including the fitting of the case, crown and stem, dial and hands. If a covered fault develops under normal use, we repair it at no charge. If a repair is not possible, we offer a replacement or refund. Any remedy required by applicable consumer law remains available.

For confirmed warranty claims, we cover the repair work and shipping both ways. Contact us before sending your watch so we can arrange its return.

What the limited warranty excludes

The limited warranty excludes normal wear, scratches, strap ageing, accidental damage, misuse, loss and theft. It also excludes damage caused by water exposure beyond the stated rating, an unsecured crown, magnetization, or alterations or repairs that cause the fault. These exclusions do not remove your statutory rights. Timekeeping within the movement specifications disclosed for your watch is not, by itself, a manufacturing defect.

Made-to-order returns and exchanges

Every IVERA is assembled to order, including collection models, builder configurations, personalized and engraved watches. We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you change your mind, prefer another design, or selected the wrong size or engraving. Please check your choices carefully before ordering and contact us for help with fit or design.

This restriction applies only to change-of-mind returns. It does not apply to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods, or where applicable law gives you a right to cancel, return or receive a refund.

Approving your watch and cancelling an order

Before production begins, we email your final specification and expected build and delivery window for your approval. Production includes assembly, engraving or other work on your watch; it begins only after you approve the specification. Please review the design, size, dial text and engraving carefully.

You can cancel for a full refund by emailing support@iverawatches.com before production begins. After production begins, we do not accept change-of-mind cancellations or guarantee changes to your approved specification. This does not limit any statutory cancellation or refund right, including rights relating to qualifying delivery delays or missing required information. If we cannot fulfil your order, we refund it in full.

If something is wrong

Email support@iverawatches.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video can help where practical. We will assess the problem and arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund, including any remedy required by law. For confirmed defects, transit damage or an incorrect item, we cover the necessary return shipping. Original packaging is helpful, but is not a condition for exercising statutory rights.

Shipping

Shipping is complimentary, tracked and insured. Contact sales@iverawatches.com before ordering for a current build and delivery estimate, especially if you need your watch for a particular date. We confirm the expected schedule with your specification before production and send tracking when your watch ships. Any applicable import duties outside Canada are the recipient’s responsibility. Contact us if your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged so we can help resolve it.

Orders placed under an earlier policy

This policy applies to orders placed under these terms. Orders accepted under an earlier policy keep the warranty, return and cancellation promises that applied when they were placed, including any previously promised two-year warranty or 30-day returns. Contact us with your order number if you need a copy of the terms for your order.
