IVERA (“we”, “us”) is a watch workshop based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through iverawatches.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to build your watch and answer your messages, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
Orders. When you buy a watch, payment is processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers — we receive your name, email, shipping address, and what you ordered, which we need to build and deliver your piece.
Forms. When you use the contact or bespoke commission forms, we receive the name, email, and message you submit, delivered to us by our email provider (Resend) and kept in our inbox so we can reply.
Your cart and builder designs. These are stored in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears them.
Analytics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that uses no cookies and collects no personal profiles — only aggregate page statistics.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, respond to inquiries, provide warranty service, and — only if you’ve written to us first — follow up on that conversation. We do not send marketing email you didn’t ask for, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information with anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the shop work: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), our shipping carrier (your name and address, on the box), and Cloudflare (hosting/DNS and, if enabled, cookieless analytics). Each receives only what it needs for its job.
Retention and your rights
We keep order records as long as tax law requires, and correspondence as long as it’s useful for serving you. You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete whatever we’re not legally required to keep. Write to support@iverawatches.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s federal privacy law (PIPEDA).
