These terms govern purchases from IVERA, a watch workshop operating from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By placing an order on iverawatches.com you agree to them. They’re written to be read, not to hide anything — if a situation isn’t covered here, we’ll resolve it the way a good workshop should: fairly, by email, with a human on the other end.
Products and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Every watch — from the collection or designed in the builder — is priced as shown at checkout, with shipping included. Each piece is assembled to order by hand around the Seiko NH35 automatic movement; slight variations between pieces are the nature of handwork, not defects. Product images are renderings of your configuration and may differ slightly from the finished watch.
Orders and payment
Payment is collected at checkout by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Your order is confirmed by email once payment succeeds. Before production, we email your final specification and expected build and delivery window for approval. Production begins only after that approval. Contact us before ordering for a current delivery estimate. If we cannot fulfil an order (a part becomes unavailable, an address problem, suspected fraud), we’ll cancel and refund it in full.
Custom builds and bespoke commissions
Builder configurations are made to your specification. Bespoke commissions (our twelve-per-year program) are governed by the individual agreement we make with you during the design dialogue, including deposit, timeline, and approval stages — those terms are confirmed in writing before any money changes hands.
Warranty, returns and cancellations
12-month limited warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects in the movement and assembly. All watches are made to order; no change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Full cancellation refund before production begins. Statutory rights are unaffected. This applies to collection models, builder configurations, personalized and engraved watches. Production includes assembly, engraving or other work on your approved watch. To request a cancellation or report a problem, email support@iverawatches.com with your order number. Change-of-mind restrictions do not remove rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods, qualifying delivery delays, or missing required information. Mandatory remedies take priority over these terms and may continue after the limited warranty expires.
Orders accepted under an earlier policy keep the warranty, return and cancellation promises that applied when they were placed. Bespoke commission terms confirmed in writing before payment also remain binding, subject to applicable consumer law.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be limited by contract.
